Support
Getting help
Email support@startupos.fun.
Include your wallet address and, for a specific token or trade, the token's contract address and the transaction hash. That is usually enough for a quick answer.
Keep your seed phrase and private key to yourself. StartupOS will never ask for them, and anyone who does is trying to steal from you.
Official links
StartupOS's official site is https://startupos.fun, and the test site is https://testnet.startupos.fun.
The app's footer carries the official links. If you are unsure whether an account is real, compare it with the footer on the site instead of trusting a link someone sent you.
StartupOS support never messages you first with an offer of help, a refund, an airdrop or a wallet "verification". Support happens by email.
Before you write in
Many questions already have an answer in these docs:
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| I am stuck on the Under development screen | While StartupOS is in early access, both sites need a personal access code. Press Log in, enter your code, then connect your wallet and sign in. A code only works with the first wallet that signed in with it, so if you changed wallet, email us to have it moved. See Getting started. |
| My new token is not showing up | A new token can take a few seconds to appear, and its page keeps checking on its own. See Launching a token. |
| My trade failed | See Trading and pricing and Paying for a trade. |
| My buy reverted right after a launch | For the first 2 blocks after a launch (about 24 seconds), every wallet except the creator's can buy at most 5% of the supply and hold at most 5%. Try a smaller amount, or wait a few seconds and try again. Selling is never restricted. See Trading and pricing. |
| My sell moved the price more than I expected | A new token's market is thin, so a large sell moves the price further. See Trading and pricing. |
| My creator earnings have not arrived | Earnings wait until someone delivers or claims them, and anyone can press the button. The money always goes to the creator. See Creator rewards. |
| My holder rewards are not showing | Rewards update once a day, and a payout appears once you are owed at least $20. On mainnet, payouts run for tokens launched since October 18, 2026. See Holder rewards and the weekly lottery. |
| I cannot post a comment | You need to be signed in and hold the token. See Reading a token page. |
| My wallet is on the wrong network | Use the Add network button. See Getting started. |
Learning the basics
The app's Learn section has full articles on what a fun token is, setting up a wallet, reading a price chart, launching your first token, market cap and supply, buying and selling, how liquidity pools work, spotting risky tokens, and fees and gas. They are written for people new to this and are the best place to start.
Legal
The app's footer links to the Terms, Privacy, Disclosures and Risk warning pages, and the legal section also has a cookie policy. The Risk disclosures page in these docs summarises the practical risks. The legal pages are the governing documents.
